To celebrate 30 years of WIRED, I created a speculative and abstract 3D visual series imagining what our personal devices might look like in 2053. As the 3D artist, I re-interpreted everyday tech—headphones, a fitness tracker, and a phone—through a futuristic lens.
The visuals blend surreal design with bold aesthetics. Using tools such as Cinema 4D, I played with form, materials, and lighting to push the boundaries of materiality, blending polished surfaces with organic distortions.
Each piece is meant to evoke a sense of wonder—what will tech feel like when it’s both hyper-functional and deeply sensory? The project pays homage to the tech-obsessed spirit of WIRED, while speculating on design trajectories three decades in the future.
